Supported Accommodation 16-18

We provide single occupancy and shared accommodation (non-ring fenced) for looked-after children or care leavers aged 16 or 18 with a range of person-centred support services.

This involves giving young people greater independence to master a wide range of essential life skills including budgeting, cleaning, and cooking to prepare them for fully independent living.

 Our local teams are experienced in supporting:

• Young people with challenging behaviour (such as drug or alcohol misuse, a history of violence, serious and/or persistent offending and mental health needs)
• Children leaving care (from rising 16-year-olds to post-18)
• Vulnerable young people aged 16 to 17
• Young asylum seekers aged 16-17 years
• Young people aged 18 and over with mental health needs
• Expectant mothers and parents with children
• Young people involved in gangs
• Victims of child sexual exploitation
