Who We Are
Promises of Care Ltd was established in 2014 to provide domiciliary services. The company has gradually extended its reach and is now able to offer services in Staffordshire, Cheshire East, Stoke on Trent, Telford and the surrounding areas. In 2019, Promises of Care Ltd added Supported Living services, with ready for placement accommodations in Dudley, Coventry, Birmingham, Telford, Worcester, Wolverhampton and Stoke on Trent.
Promises of Care Ltd head office is based in Wolverhampton, and due to growth it has added a branch in Stoke on Trent. Promises of Care is a recognised provider for Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin, Staffordshire Councils, Coventry and more.
There are four area managers assisting the Registered Manager. They take the day to day responsibility for ensuring our clients receive the care they need and that the standards of care delivered remain consistently high.
We also have a team of Senior Carers; experienced carers who work with staff and clients 24/7 to offer advice, answer queries, solve problems and keep staff and clients safe and well.
